Question: Hello Doctor, my 9 year old son has earache. may be due to ear dirt. pls suggest.

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice to consult ENT specialist for Ear examination to know cause of ear pain .
Till then use anti inflammatory Syrup like Combiflam 8 ml thrice daily for pain &
Ear drop Ciplox-D 3 drop five times daily &
Syrup Xyzal M 8 ml at night .
He will get relief .
You will need prescription for medication .
