Question: Indications eczema (suddenly October 2015) total body rash, internal chills, loss of appetite and 30 pound weight loss in six months or refer to another specialist

I can understand your concern.
Most common cause for eczema is allergy.
But in old age with weight loss and decreased appetite, eczema can be due to underlying malignancy.
So better to get done
1. Eosinophil count and serum IgE level. This are needed to rule out allergy.
2. Chest x ray to rule out lung related causes.
3. Ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out abdominal causes.
You may need oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) drugs.
