One morning last week I woke up to blood red spots miss shaped not like hives or a rash. Kinda look like when a old person has sunspots or what I've heard called liver spots. I have noticed I have began to get spider veins very noticeable calf and ankle and feet areas.
Feet turn purple when I stand on them log periods of time
I am not taking any medication except for Adderall and Advil/Tylenol occasional.

Brief Answer:
Make Doppler scan for both of your legs

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

First thing you should do is to make a Doppler scan for both of legs to exclude peripheral veins insufficiency.
You have mentioned that you have used elastic socks, but no good results.
Second check your kidneys (kidney test) and make urinalysis to check if you have albuminuria.
Third, check your liver (liver tests) and make a blood smear with hemorrhagic and coagulation time while you have mentioned those blood spots.

For the moment try to have a rest and with legs up position.

All the best

Brief Answer:
All your signs and symptoms reinforce diagnose of veins insufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query again.

All signs you have mentioned above reinforce diagnosis of varicose veins .

Burning feeling ,purple to black blue color of your feet are signs of varicose veins .

There are Medical and surgical treatments for varicose veins but are very expensive.
You can try some home remedies to decrease the severity of varicose veins as well as reduce some of the discomfort they can cause.
1.Apple Cider Vinegar
Apply undiluted apple cider vinegar on the skin over the varicose veins and gently massage the area. Do it every day before going to bed and again in the morning. Follow this remedy for a few months to reduce the size of varicose veins.
2.Cayenne Pepper
Add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder to a cup of hot water and stir it well.
3. Garlic

Best regards
