Take ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin E
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.
I have gone through the reports you have uploaded. I can understand your concerns.
Elevation of liver enzymes suggest liver cell injury. There are many cause like Hepatitis B, C, Metabolic disorders, NAFLD, alcohol intake, autoimmune disease etc. So I will suggest you to visit a Hepatologist or Gastroenterologist for evaluation who will advise tests and then manage accordingly.
Meanwhile there are few medicines which I found very useful in my patients are ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin E. Ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg twice a day and Vitamin E capsule 400mg once a day. Both are available OTC.
Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid alcohol if you drink.

Just FYI, I don't drink alcohol but I do smoke often not sure if it's because of that?
Thanks again and have a great day ahead!
Ursodeoxycholic acid and Vitamin E are good for liver

These medicines are hepatoprotective and prevent and improve liver cell injury and thus will help in bringing the levels down
Nice to hear that you dont drink alcohol as it is one most common cause of liver cell injury
