Brief Answer:
CEA levels slight fluctuation at this stage arent significant

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

CEA levels are used to see for possible metastasis clue, post operatively with or without chemotherapy. CEA levels are elevated in majority of patients with metastatic colon cancer. Since both oxyplatin and raltitrexed are being used as part of chemo then I would assume that metastases has already occurred. So the fluctuations you described w.r.t the CEA are not significant as the CEA levels are used as associated clue and are not diagnostic for either metastases or recurrence.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
