Question : Hi,
My GGT level is above 200 but all others are normal, so should I be worried? What shall I do to lower my GGT?

1) You have mentioned GGT level it's a one hour or 2 hour value?
2) For what have you undergone GGT?
3) Any body from your family diabetic?
4) Your height and weight.

2 hour value more than 200 confirms diagnosis of Diabetes and requires treatment.

Hi Doctor,
I think it's one hour value, I have done GGT as I had high Blood pressure that particular day, yes my mother was diabetic, my height is 171 cm aprox. And I weigh around 67 kg.

Get HbA1c done.

Detailed Answer:
considering your height and weight your BMI is between 22 to 23 which is perfectly acceptable.
1 Hour value of GGT is not standardized to define blood sugar status.
In such case I may suggest to do HbA1c (Blood test) which help in confirming your blood sugar level status.
