Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message. I think I can help you.
Have you been on medication like paracetamol?
You have already said you don't take alcohol so I won't consider that.
Do you take very oily or spicy foods.
Avoid both of these and repeat a test in 2 weeks.
Let us know the reports.
Suggest that you get a CBC tested as well.
Make sure that the test includes Peripheral smear.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
