Brief Answer:
do complete liver function test

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX, welcome to HCM and thanks for the question.

Firstly the information is highly inadequate. SGPT levels you have mentioned are higher than normal.it could be due to liver disease, heart disease. It could be acute or a chronic disease. So SGPT alone can not be taken to any conclusion. I would need following additional information
Age
Sex
Smoking and alcohol history
Any drug use
Complete history of disease like duration, manner in which it started, level of severity, response to treatment if taken
Symptoms like fever, fatigue, jaundice, itching, pain abdomen, indigestion
Heart ailments like pain , breathing difficulty, ECG changes (because SGPT levels rise in heart disease too)
Treatment taken
Other tests report like PT, aPTT, SERUM BILIRUBIN, SGOT, ALP, ULTRASOUND (if done)

I would request you to kindly forward a follow up question with these details, so that I can help you in professional way. Thank you
Note: For further follow up on digestive issues share your reports here and Click here.
