Question : My husband has CLL but his bone marrow is working properly and they say it is not the CLL.
He has a high white blood cell count and low red blood cell count and needs transfusions to keep
red bloods higher. He is a mystery to the doctors. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Reports needed. May need immunophenotyping.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. If you can share your reports with me, I will be able to help you. I would like to review complete blood count and peripheral smear examination report. He may or may not have CLL. I would order for imunophenotyping study to know the exact type of leukemia (if present).

Please send me your all reports and I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then you can ask me further. I will be happy to answer.

Wish you a very good health.

Regards
