Brief Answer:
It is best to send her to a hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for writing in with your query.

I understand your concern for your daughter.

445 is significantly high and such high sugars can cause ketoacidocis and Hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome.

It is best to get the sugars under control as soon as possible.

So in the best interest of your daughter, i would strongly suggest you to send her to a hospital.

I hope this answers your question, please do feel free to write back to me if you have additional questions.

Best regards

Brief Answer:
You are welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Thanks for writing back.

Since you have been dealing with the same issue, you understand the gravity of the situation very well and I do appreciate your concern.

And yes, 445 is significantly high, and we can not be sure what levels cause serious symptoms in each individual, even though I have seen and treated glucose levels higher than 1000, it is not safe to assume that everyone can tolerate such high levels, hence my recommendation to ask your daughter to visit a hospital.

I sincerely hope your daughter gets well soon.

Best wishes.
