Brief Answer:
Slight raising of Serum Creatinine is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone radical Cystectomy and have distention of abdomen and your creatinine levels have raised to 1.23.(Normal value is 1.2)

Radical Cystectomy is a major surgical procedure and it is common to have distention of abdomen due to paralytic illus for 3-4 days .It gradually gets reduced once the bowel movements (Peristalsis) start and all the accumulated gases in the intestines are passed out.

Slight raise in Serum Creatinine level is normal and there is nothing to be worried about it.

You can continue with intravenous fluids and restrict fluids and diet till your distention is reduced .You will feel taking orally once the bowel movements are resumed to normal which normally takes 3-4 days .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
