
What Causes Elevated Hemoglobin Levels?

I am male 44 and
Recently I have some hypertension (100/140 BP) and I am asked to take 40 mg telmisartan for the past one week and now I am normal and my BP is now 85/120 and had no complaints and the doctor advised me to go for full body checkup and the report is attached herewith. In that I found some abnormal values for HB and RBC kindly tell if I have a any serious condition

Your hemoglobin is bit high, borderline though. Pcv and RBC are all related to hemoglobin and denotes same thing basically.
However, immediately there is no cause for worrying. From your previous query, I understand that you are not smoker. Currently you don't need any treatment for this. This is not serious at this time.
You also have higher cholesterol and liver enzymes, probably from fatty liver. For these, dietary modifications, exercises, etc are needed.
The hemoglobin and RBC count needs to be checked periodically.

Thanks for the answer and I am worried about other blood disordera like leukemia and bone marrow disorders and polycythemia. Do I have risk factors for these kindly give your advise and I am deeply worried

These results per se are not risk factors for leukemia or bone marrow proliferative disorders like polycythemia.
But we need to follow the counts just to keep a tab on it.
