Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.
Rise in liver enzymes can be due to Trika, but usually large doses cause such rise.
I have seen your ECG that is acceptable, only your heart rate is slightly high, that can be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I have reviewed your reports.
You have three main issues :
1. High Blood sugar levels and Diabetic range Glycosylated Hemoglobin.
2. Deranged Lipid profile - Raised LDL specially. - Being a diabetic target LDL for you is <80.
3. Raised SGPT.
Since Your Hepatitis B is negative. i advise you following investigations:
1. Anti-HCV Antibody to rule out Hepatitis C infection.
2. Ultrasound abdomen to see for liver.
You need to take a strict diabetic diet and also to reduce weight even if you are slightly overweight.
Also you need to control your cholesterol levels by improving your dietary habits.
You have to avoid alcohol.
I feel from your hemoglobin levels that you might be a smoker too. So, in case you do please stop that.
This is my best opinion for you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
