Brief Answer:
Test suggest infection likey

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern,

Your differential blood count reveals elevated lymphocyte count.

Normal value is 20-40%,your's is 51%.

This is called lymphocytosis.

This is usually accompanied by elevated ESR.

The normal value is <20mm/1st hour, your's is 68.

This pattern usually points to some infectious process somewhere in the body mostly a urinary tract infection or a chest infection.

I hope this info is helpful to you
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Levofloxcin or Norfloxacin will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
Welcome back

A Chest x ray with a complete urine routine is usually needed in your case to determine the source of infection.

An empirical course of antibiotics can be started in your case awaiting the results of the tests.

Antibiotics like levofloxacin 400 mg or Norfloxacin 400 mg can be used for 3-5 days.
Note -these drugs have to be taken only in presence of strict medical supervision.

In majority of cases this treatment will suffice.

Further tests are warranted only if the earlier lab results are not normalized within a fortnight.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Asymtomatic mild UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi
ok madam fine,
you have mild asymptomatic urinary tract infection based on the presence of pus cells in urine, quite prevalent in your age group.

A 7 day course of urinary antibiotic like norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day can be safely used in your case in consultation with your doctor.

This can eliminate all possible and potential infection .

I also advice you to follow up with an ultrasound scan of your abdomen as a routine.

I hope this is helpful to you,
Thank you
