Brief Answer:
See below explanation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

Your high prolactin level could be because of your under active thyroid means hypothyroidism(high TSH level). You might have discovered your under active thyroid as a result of trying to get pregnant.

Do you have any other symptoms of hypothyroidism like exhaustion, depression and put on a lot of weight?

As you are having hypothyroid state, you wont be able to conceive because there will be no ovulation.

If your thyroid levels are too low then your doctor will recommend that you have to take treatment to replace the thyroxine hormone which you're lacking.

Your doctor will prescribe the right dose of thyroxine(Tab.Eltroxin) treatment before you start trying for a baby.

Taking the right dose of thyroxine, the hormone you lack, can restore your fertility.

Once you will conceive, you will require enough thyroxine to help your body to adapt to all the changes that your pregnancy brings.Your baby's developing brain also needs this hormone, so it's vital that your thyroxine levels are right.

As your pregnancy progresses, chances are that your need for thyroxine will rise dramatically or It may even double.

So,consult your gynaecologist or infertility specialist and start the treatment as earliest and do regular follow-up.

Hope you have understood the scenario now.
Thanks.
