I would have said you were somewhat dehydrated but for the fact that you have a urine volume of 2500ml. The high concentration of salts make the likelihood of stones very high. I am not sure if your doctor has been seeing similarly high numbers before. If these numbers are not too different from previous ones, then there might be a chance that you stick to your appointment. If not, I suggest you go in earlier.
