What Causes Elevated Vitamin B12 And B6 Levels In Blood?
Question: Hi , i did a blood test for b complex , b12 and b6 is very high , i am taking dauly supplement for bcomplex , any danger ? Should i stop ?
Brief Answer:
I will say you should stop the daily supplements!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this elevated levels of vitamins. Supplements are actually meant for persons who do not receive enough for themselves. This is why I will recommend that you stop and more so because the levels are higher than desired. There are very rare side effects with thee vitamins because they are easily washed out by body fluids but there is no need taking supplements that are not needed by the body.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

For how long do you think ?
Brief Answer:
Unless recommended by a doctor again!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will say stop completely and only resume if a doctor thinks you are not getting enough into the system. Like I mentioned earlier, supplements are meant for persons who do not get enough and not for persons who probably have a balanced and healthy diet!
