1st test 0.391. 2nd test 1.67. no more pain. in hospital now. readings on monitor showed no apparent blockages. heart sounded fine. vitals normal. had bad acid reflux when admitted, but took Zantac and discomfort subsided. no pain since.

as you are already hospitalized, i think u might have undergona all the required investigations. But if i am managing similar cases in my clinic, i follow a protocol to get an echocardiogram and a colour doppler done
