What Causes Enlarged Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

Question: About 3 months ago I found enlarged neck lymph nodes, I have had a few tests on them but it came back not diagnostic as there was not enough cells taken
My bloods have come back with high crp, ldh, neutrophils with toxic changes and alp
Do u know what that could mean
