The Sono report is suggestive of a Phyllodes tumor of the Right breast. This is not a Cancer but a benign tumor, so there should not be anything to worry about.
I suggest you see a Oncosurgeon who can examine her and perhaps undertake a Trucut biopsy to take a piece out of the tumor and study it in the lab to know exactly what it is. Thereafter, it can be decided whether to surgically remove the tumor or the breast or none.
Either way the consultation is required.
