Brief Answer:
Caring approach is needed

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. As phyllodes tumor of breast are rare condition [< 1%] and are often benign [non cancerous] and most importantly the report has came out negative thus make sure to ask your attending physician regarding 'metastasis' of the same [if any particularly in lungs, mediastinum, skeleton]

PS. As phyllodes tumor rarely spreads to underarm lymph nodes, so it is not necessary to remove them [reason of coming out to be negative, if those were subjected to biopsy]

2. remember that possibility of local recurrence always exist after excision [but since mastectomy is done, i.e. which is typically curative procedure]

3. Because allopathic treatment causes severe side effects including immunosupressing action, which results in further deterioration of the condition thus I prescribe self prepared and manufactured 'no concern capsules' which shows no concern to cancer but at the same time is/are caring to the patients

PS. The capsules are non-toxic and used by me for the last 10 years with remarkable results [since apart from anti neoplastic activity they contain anti oxidant, anti inflammatory and immuno modulatory properties

Do let me know if you are interested in the same so we can discuss further

Brief Answer:
further necessary information

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. Phyllodes tumour whether benign, malignant, borderline require surgery to reduce the risk of coming back in the breast and remember: "Malignant phyllodes tumors recur more quickly than benign phyllodes tumors", so apart from medicine follow up care which is necessary is/are:

- clinical breast examination [within 4-6 months]
- regular follow up mammograms, ultrasounds and possible MRI of the area from which lump was removed
- CT [chest/abdomen for metastasis]: since you have malignant phyllodes tumour removed which may cause distant metastasis

2. I order to live a healthy life remain under regular supervision of your attending physician and start with the medicines [ as described above]
