default
Posted on Mon, 29 May 2017
Question: Yes! I had a kidney transplant several years back and the effects of the immunosuppressants are making it difficult to have an erection for sex. Are any of the drugs that are used to help with erections dangerous for persons taking immunosuppressants? How about otc supplements like super beta prostate?

Brief Answer:
Needs supportive care , sex therapy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With kidney transplant and use of immunosuppressants , performance issue is very common. Medicines for erectile dysfunction are not absolutely contraindicated but need to be used cautiously in minimum possible dosages. Please visit a local sex therapist, let them assess and put all the options on the table and decide what is best for you after correlating for any contraindication or interaction with current medications.

This super beta prostate is a really shady medicine with no ingredients mentioned and no side effect on it, i personally don't recommend it but you can discuss it with your sex therapist as well.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
