Brief Answer:
topical treatments such as clotrimazole troches and nystatin suspension

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

Oral thrush can usually be diagnosed simply by looking at the lesions, but sometimes a small sample is examined under a microscope to confirm the diagnosis.

So I would suggest you either upload the picture for better assessment or see the doctor for confirmation of diagnosis.

Once diagnosis is conformed, I would have treated you with topical treatments such as clotrimazole troches and nystatin suspension, it requires at least 15 days to clear. I would have asked you for follow up after two weeks, on examination would have considered for systemic treatment like flucanazole.

For stool, I would suggest you for stool routine and to have food which has high fibres, you should be fine.

Take care.
