1. No I did not eat out.
2.I wouldn't call them cramps as such ,merely steady pain when it occurs-mostly after eating. But the pain is intense or almost nothing when pain recedes.
3. Yes I have been in this pain cycle for several days. I think it may be connected to my eating something. I am hesitant about eating anything, Burp constantly after eating and then pain begins. I just ate a banana to see if the pain returns. Things are quiet right now.
Bowel movements are loosely formed but just bits at a time.
I ate a XXXXXXX muffin night before last and was in agony for hours during the night-I sat up all night because gas pressure was worse when lying down-I kept trying to get comfortable ,I tried time on my tread mill thinking that exercise would cause gas to move out. Nothing but time seemed to help. I hope I have given you the information you requested. Thank You
I have had annual physicals and have no complaints generally but because of the wintery roads and the distance to my doctor/hospital I am consulting with you on this matter that I am currently experiencing.
MY email says that you have answered my question-I received your request for additional information but as of yet no answers.
I sent my answers.
Have you a preliminary diagnosis?
You answered NOTHING!!! You asked questions but never replied .
What is wrong with you?
To say you answered my question when you had not done that is FRAUD!!!

Brief Answer:
I appologize for the technical error.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
Respected mam, I appologize for the technical error which happened , sometimes this automated message is sent via email when user replies with 3 follow ups at the same time before we reply back, this is what happened in this case.
I appologize for the inconvenience.
You seem to be suffering from mal-digestion, in this case when food material does not get digested and absorbed, bacteria of intestines start to putrify the food material , as a result of this decomposition of food material, gas is produced which causes problems.
I want to assure you that this problem is very treatable and can be treated with home remedies and a bit of medication with change in dietary habits.
In your treatment we will have to adjust your fiber, mode of diet, fluids and motility of gut, plus acid balance of you gut, you may also try using gut flora and enzymes for better digestion and reduced bloating.
Here i will give you a plan and suggestions which you can work on.
1- Increase fibre in your diet but if XXXXXXX didn't do good for you , you can increase fibre after 2-3 days.
2- Start green tea twice a day this will settle gut's motility and aid in digestion.
3- Citro soda sachettes twice a day, this will settle down bloating and acid base balance.
4- Don't use any fizzy drinks .
5- Many of my patients found relief after two days of metronidzole 400mg thrice a day.
6- Tablet Plasil with enzymes or its alternate is very helping. It stabilized mobility, plus it has digestive enzymes it decreases bloating and symptoms plus its very very good at controlling gastric reflux.
7- You can start gut probiotics it do help.
8- Don't eat meat as yet and use more vegetable, salads and juices.
9- Drink fluids frequently.
10- Stay active, walk a bit daily.
What to expect:
It will take a couple of days, but things will get better. Your symptoms will relieve with time.
I will again appologize for the technical error which caused inconvenience. You can ask more questions if you have any, I am all ears. Wish you the very best of health.
