Brief Answer:
take it as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concerns.
Yes you will have to take regesterone 5mg twice a day for at least 3-5 days to stop bleeding.
But from next cycle onwards in case similar complaint occurs again then take oral contraceptive pills for 3-6 cycles which will regulate your hormonal mileau and set it on right pace.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
must take pills
Detailed Answer:
Hi, yes I would recommend you to take the pills pack for at least 6 months and then leave them to see for response.
There is no harm of sexual activity during this period as these pills have contraception benefits also.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
metformin and oral pills
Detailed Answer:
Metformin ideally should be taken for better hormone levels and thus in turn helps in resuming regular cycles.
In oral pills - krimson 35 and Ginette 35 are good and easily available.
Take both of these along with regular walk or exercise and a little dieting and I hope this will help you to get regularity in periods.
Take care.
