Hi,

If a person comes to be with these complaints after an examination of the abdomen, i would suggest the following tests
Blood counts, Ultrasound of Abdomen, Liver function, Serum Amylase initially.
These kind of symptoms could be gastritis, Cholecystitis, Pancreatitis. Good thing is all of them are completely treatable if timely seen by a doctor and diagnosed correctly.

For the symptoms you should take a combination of Simethicone and Omeprazole tablets at the prescription of your doctor.
