Brief Answer:
Please do the following tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history the phlegm all day and night might be from acid reflux from the stomach but given the fact that even after the treatment with Omeprazol it is the same situation than the next step is to do a lung check-up for determining the lung diseases that might cause your complain.

If you were my patient i would recommend as follows:

Chest X ray
Spirometry
CRP
ECG
Hemogram

I do not think its the allergy causing this chronic phlegm to you.

After having the above results we will decide about what kind of treatment do you need depending on the problem.

Please discuss with your doctor for the above or you can attach me the results and i am here to help you again whenever.

I wish a fast recovery for you and feel free to ask me again
