Question: Hi Im XXXXXXX here...need your help in overcoming few things like I oversleep, Lethargic & feel zero energy when I involve in any physical activity like if I run for few meters i feel like I will faint. Please help.

Thanks for your query and history, albeit short.

To recapitulate: Male/31 - oversleep, lethargy, zero energy even on small exertion (run for a few meters)- feel like you will faint.

You are young, just 31 hence all these things you have mentioned have to have reason/s that we have to find out.
For this I need a detailed history so that we can talk about the investigations, clinical examination and so on to get a proper diagnosis.
Proper diagnosis is the only key for a successful treatment.

-Since when have you got this problem?
-How was the beginning of the problem- started with which symptoms?

Hi Thank you for responding quickly, I never visited any doctor, I feel lethargic & sleep more from my school days, I feel like fainted when I run for few meters which I felt from the last few years.
