Should i do some health related checkups regarding vitamins and minerals deficiency ?
Explained below..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
Good to hear that you do not have the said above symptoms which shows that transient ishcemic attack or any such causes related to the brain or ear can be ruled out.
From the description that you have provided here,I presume that you are pointing out that you are having frequent attacks of extreme fatigue.
This can be due to the following reasons:
- Vitamin Deficiency: deficiencies in iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B12 and folic acid, may cause symptoms due to extreme fatigue. I would suggest you to get the above vitamin and mineral levels tested. Further actions can be taken as per the report.
- Low testosterone levels: It is quite rare for you to have low testosterone levels, but in some overweight persons, it can affect the hormone levels thereby causing the above symptoms.
- Excessive weight gain: could be due to some hormonal changes. If so, correcting them would resolve your symptoms.
It would be for your best, to undergo basic investigation blood panel tests.
Meanwhile, get proper sleep. Consume plenty of fluids. Take a well balanced diet of fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to revert back,
Regards
