Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for the query.
Gas trouble is fairly common during pregnancy. (you said after pregnancy )
If she is pregnant now better to avoid medication as far as possible as medications though considered safe are better to be avoided if symptoms are mild.
Ask her to get her blood pressure checked if she is having headache.
If there are other symptoms like swelling of feet, vomiting, poor weight gain then worthwhile visiting a gynecologist and if required a gastroenterologist.
Lifestyle modification, multivitamin and calcium supplementation after consulting with your gynecologist will help.
Lifestyle modification includes
1) eating small frequent meals
2) avoiding sleeping 2 hours after meals
3) taking adequate water and fibre in diet
4) avoiding stress
5) taking adequate sleep
All this will help her to control her symptoms including headache better.
Hope this answers your query.
Best wishes.
Wish her a speedy recovery.
