What Causes Excessive Sweating, Abdominal Bloating, Dizziness And Elevated Blood Pressure?

Question: Dear Doctor,
woke up aound 5 am sweaty and feeling bloated & giddy , pressure elevated 196/93. Taking Enapril Maleate ,2.5mg 2 x a day & started today on Cinnarizine, 25 mg ,3 x a day ,. was discharged from hospital after Eple for right & horizontal BPPV on 12 April 2016. .MRI done for head & showed normal no evidence of stroke . What further measures do I need to take to control these discomfort Thanks.

Thanks for posting the query

After going through the query, I do feel, you should also get physician or cardiologist consultation done to rule out any cardiac related problems. As the initial blood pressure was high, there can be chances of damage to the cardiac musculature. Myocardial infarction can mimic with these above symptoms.

Secondly, you would also require to get thyroid functions tests to rule out any imbalance in the thyroid hormones.

Finally, try taking domperidone along with cinnarizine to reduce the symptoms of nausea.
