What Causes Excessive Sweating At Night, Numbness In The Left Arm And Fatigue?
Very likely nothing to worry is the cause of it but a check to rule out heart problems is recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at healthcaremagic.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
The symptoms you have experienced are general and not very specific for a certain condition but due to you being a male and your age and the symptoms starting suddenly with fatigue and sweating, it would be on the safe side to have a check to rule out heart issues.
Your symptoms are not typical for a heart attack either but in a few cases a patient might develop heart attack and have just fatigue and sweating.
I would recommend you to see your doctor and have what we call ECG which checks for changes in heart electrical paths, which might detect if there is an issue related to a heart attack and also your doctor might decide to do a few other tests to safely rule it out.
If you have not had other tests done in the last 2 years, it would be advisable for you to have your sugar and lipids checked and also some routine blood tests like CBC, kidney function, etc.
I hope this is helpful and answers to your question but please feel free to reply in case more clarification is needed on this.
Kind regards,
