Brief Answer:
Hormone replacement therapy takes time to help relieve the symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

I see that you have been taking estradiol for 30 days and symptoms are still persisting.
I would like to stress here that hormone replacement therapy takes some time to act. Usually, it takes few months and even up to a year in some women.

You are on the maximum daily dose of estradiol. So increasing the dose is not ideal.

Some women have also seen better relief when switching from oral tablets to patch.

Please be advised to follow up with your treating physician to switch from oral tablets to patch.

I would also like to add that taking progesterone with estrogen is important if you still have your uterus. Progesterone is not necessary if you had a hysterectomy done before.

Hope this answers your question
