Brief Answer:
About excessive sweating;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!

I have gone through your concern carefully.

Before the dose increase, you should be sure that excessive sweating is due to low estrogen level only.
Estrogen deficiency can cause menopausal symptoms but not such excessive sweating.

So I'd suggest you should see a physician to exclude other pathologies (hyperthyroidism or overactive thyroid, lymphoma etc).

If everything is normal and estrogen level is confirmed to be low, you can increase the dose then.

Hope the information will help. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
