Posted on Fri, 13 Oct 2017
Question: I'm in KY and its 90 degrees here and humid. I'm working at a city festival outside, under a the tent.
I just had some type of episode of sweating profusely, immediately having no salava at all, even lips dried up and it was hard to talk because mouth was so dry. Face was very red and burning. I left the and went home and started drinking as much water as i could get down. I am fixing to start on my third bottle before going back. It all happened so fast and my mouth has never been that dry, it was kind of scarey.

Brief Answer:
Dehydration most likely

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns,

But it seems that you been suffering from dehydration attack... Dehydration can manifest by dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased dark colored urine, dry skin, and fatigue...

I would recommend that you stay in an air-conditioned room, loosen your clothes and try to drink oral rehydration solution or electrolyte containing drinks such as Gatorade... However dehydration can progress seriously into dizziness, drowsiness, lethargy, confusion, low blood pressure and increased heart rate of not treated properly...

If you experience any of these symptoms then you need to go to the hospital for intravenous fluid therapy...

I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
