Question: Recently I sweat with the least amount of exertion. I took my temperature and it was 91.

I have gone through your query. Hyperthyroidism , high blood sugar or hypertension can cause excessive sweating. Other reasons are anxiety, infectious process in body etc.

If you had a recent episode of anxiety then it can be the reason. Better to check your blood pressure , sugar, cholesterol and thyroid profile. Blood routine and ESR also should be checked to rule out any possibility of infectious or inflammatory process in body.

When the causes are managed well excessive sweating will get controlled.
