
What Causes Excessive Sweating?

Question: I have been experiencing horrible sweats where my hair and clothes get totally soaked periodically without being in any heated room. It's only 70 degrees. It's way worse than the sweats from menopause. I don't think it's deadly buts it's extremely uncomfortable

This severely it's been going on for a few days. It's happens every few hours or so. I don't have a way to measure my blood pressure but, my hearts not racing. However I feel kind of queasy like you get when anxious. My pulse has been higher but again not racing.

I will like to think of this as anxiety following all the information that you have provided. I will say try a tablet of diazepam each time you feel this way and if this helps, then that would have been the therapeutic trial which confirms the suspicion.
