Brief Answer:
Need examination & Investigation

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The most common condition in such a situation is increased blood sugar level – Diabetes Mellitus
There are a few others too – Hormonal, like Diabetes Insipidus / Renal – kidney’s inability to concentrate the urine / rarely not physical – like Psychogenic Polydipsia

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis needs physician consultation and investigations…
See an Endocrinologist / or Physician… You need examination, blood and urine tests

Take care
Good luck
