What Causes Exhaustion And Lethargy Inspite Of Using Rivotril For Anxiety?

Question: Dear Sir, I am male aged 41 yrs height 175 cm and weight 75 cm. Now a days I am having problelm of feeling weight in the body. I am unable to even light work also. Easily my energy is going to be exhausting and feeling daily lazy and lethargy and always wants to sleep. I am not at all feeling light and doing my works regularly. Also I am suffering from pain in the both legs (I find am having bunch of nerves on one side i.e. back of knee). Also when I use steps and walk few yards my breathing is increasing and my palpitations are also increasing. What is the problem as this is hampering my regular life.

Second side, since childhood I am having anxiety, depression and panic disorder. I am regularly using 4 mg of rivotril once in a day. Hitherto it used to give energy to me but not now. Is this the reason linked to my physical problem. Kindly suggest.

Your BMI is 24.5 & I am glad that you have a normal Body Mass Index(Normal limits- 18.5 to 24.9) & is not a concern.

Exhaustion is not due Revotril and you may go ahead with this medication provided your anxiety/panic disorder is well under control.

I would like to know some information so that it can help me diagnose better.
Do you have chest pain/discomfort, sweating when you walk/climb stairs?
If yes, how does it subside?
Are your bowels regular, do you feel constipated?
Have you ever got routine blood test or thyroid profile done?If yes can you upload the reports if any?

I were to examine the cause of pain in your legs and plan further management depending on the cause.
