Brief Answer:
Please see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns about exhaustion.

The possibility of menopause is there behind such episodes of exhaustion.

Since you are overweight I need to know your blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels.

Please get it done and see your doctor or send me the reports.

My blood sugar levels are always normal and my cholesterol is the same. blood pressure is typically 106/72. I had a heart scan a few years ago that was normal and I had a lung scan 2 months ago that was also normal.
