What Causes Severe Fatigue And Swollen Ankle?
Question: I have on swollen ankle, very slight but daily. I suffer from major fatigue. I was perscribed Nuvigual to help me with fatigue. I barely make it through the day. I am only 54 and feel concerned when I walk with a neighbor and I am out of breath and she is not. Recently I had a heart scan and it was perfect, not sure how detailed they are but I am concerned. I volunteered myself for the heart scan..$49.00 deal.
I failed to mention when walking for excercise a few days ago I was in mid sentence when my knees started to buckle and things started to go black. My friend set me on a nearby bench. I did not pass out but felt like I was on the brink. That I did not report to my doctor but I have walked several times since without incident.

Fatigue with swollen ankle may be due to nutrional deficiency like hypoproteinemia, hypothyroidism, blood sugar, renal dysfunction, vitamin B 12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency and hemoglobin tested.
You need to get these tested. You need to get ESR and uric acid tested too.
You can take multi vitamin supplements and duloxetine or sertraline.
