What Causes Extreme Drowsiness And Sleepiness While Driving Or Working?

Question: Hi,
For last few months or so, I am experiencing extreme drowsiness and sleepiness while driving and while working in office and not to mention meetings as well.
My normal routine is I woke up at 6 a.m, drive to office by 7 a.m. and reach office by 8.30 a.m. In the night I usually go to bed at around 11 p.m. I am having a sound sleep. When I wake up I feel little energetic but energy level goes down gradually till 12 p.m.
After that I start feeling energetic through out the day.
Please suggest what is wrong with my body cycle and of I need any medicine or so.
I am extreme drowsy while driving and I always fear some sort of accident may not occur.

3)Medicines induced
4) Depression/Psychogenic.
So,please get the Thyroid function tests and Blood sugar, done to rule out any abnormalities.
Also tell,if you were on any medicines which may have caused it?
