There can be many causes for fatigue including anemia, thyroid disorders, liver anomalies, kidney problems, infections, etc.

Thus to find cause, please get the basic blood tests done including complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function tests, kidney function tests, etc.

Thus you will need to see an internal medicine specialist for it.
