Could be due to scabies or a fungal infection.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you are suffering from a fungal infection which is giving you the itchiness. You should apply clotrimazole lotion topically and see if it helps. Another possibility is scabies. It is hard to comment definitively without being able to examine clinically. In case of scabies the treatment would be application of permethrin lotion neck downward all over the body at night and to be scrubbed off with soap the next morning; this is to be repeated for three consecutive days and the used linen is to be discarded for wash.
In either case, take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days. It will help in relieving the itchiness.
About your diarrheal episodes, you need to get a routine microscopy of your stool done. Please share the report and I would guide you further.
