
What Causes Extreme Lethargy?

Question: No matter what I eat I get extremely lethargic. I take very good care of diet etc.

I am a very knowledgeable eater. Lots of fruits and veggies---little meat- good calcium intake sugar restricted to ones like organic honey and maple syprup--whole rice quinoa etc. gluten/dairy free.

Thanks for replying to my advise. There are other factors in your medical situation that might be contributing to your symptoms. One of them is that you have been treated with Methrotexate and Prednisone. Both medications can make you feel like that, specially Prednisone that can give you fatigue and mood changes.

I understand that and have discussed that with Dr. Would going off 1 tablet of hydrocodone a day for the last 2 years---have that effect?
