Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are probably having osteoarthritic of right hip as it is common in your age and there is gradual restrictions of movements of hip joint. It can be confirmed by x ray of right hip joint AP and Lateral view. Glucosamine is helpful to some extent. You can take analgesic ( already taking) for pain relief. As water aerobics give relief you can continue with these exercise.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Thanks. I have also started to apply heat directly to the muscle with significant relief. If that doesn't resolve the situation in a few days, I'll contact my physician to look into the possible osteoarthritis.
