Brief Answer:
How much water do you drink in a day and how often do you urinate?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this extreme thirst. I will like to know how much quantity of water you drink in a day. Also, how much urine do you produce in aa day? Would you say you urinate more often than before?
I will like to get these responses before concluding on what the possible causes and treatment options are.
Until then, I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Dehydration doesn't last long . Disappears as soon as corrected!
Detailed Answer:
Hi, the quantity of water is not a problem. It is well within normal range.
An adult drink at least 1,5L liters per day. If intake were greater than output, you would have had swollen limbs, stomach, etc. This is not the case. We loss water in different ways including sweat and insensible losses.
I hope this addresses your worry fully. Thanks.
