What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Drowsiness?

Question: I am feeling extremely and unusually tired and sleepy since yesterday. None of the other 9 symptoms listed here have occurred. I had an aunt who appeared to be in good health, who complained of feeling tired and sleepy in the same way, for several days, and who died suddenly, apparently of a heart attack. I have been sleeping well and feeling well. Should I con tact the advice nurse or go see my doctor?
