Question: 68 years old--cannot take the heat- get real weak- may knee down to ground-when I get up-
I am very week and my balance is bad-light headed

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness and lightheadedness that extreme with use of zoloft at age of 68 are connected. It could be just side effect of zoloft like medicines you been using as those are notorious for dizziness. Apart from it many local causes like anxiety, inner ear problems or headaches and migraines etc can cause dizziness. I would like you to take some antivert for dizziness, seek a doctor and let them work you up for some other possibilities and meanwhile consider you for alternatives for zoloft which does not have dizziness side effect.
