What Causes Extremely Irritated Eyes, Fatigue And Headaches?

Question: Yes, I believe that there is black mold in my apt.could you tell me the symptoms of this.I have extremely irritated eyes,and just in the last year or so have had extream fatigue along with headaches.Is there a test I can take for this to see if it is from black mold.
